第四届马来西亚少儿美术联合评量

由加影马乡艺术学院、新山启页美术学院和巴生美术专业美术中心联办的第四届马来西亚少儿美术联合评量经已在30-09-2007圆满结束,而评审团的评审工作也在01/10/2007顺利完成。

三院主办是项的活动宗旨为:

1. 配合国家教育的改革

2. 提倡培养个人个性发展及创意思维

3. 提升少儿美术教育水平和素质

4. 推动少美术教育的兴趣和活动

5. 肯定少儿的美术创作水平

是项有800位学生参与的活动,很荣幸邀请到马来西亚、中国、台湾和香港知名的儿童美术教育家担任评审团;他们是香港美术教育协会秘书梁志芬老师,上海师范大学教育学院艺术与学前教育系主任胡知凡教授、中华民国儿童美术教育学会理事曾华清校长、马来西亚理大金碧霞教授。

评审团遴选图画主要是依据学生们作品中的切题性、艺术表现、技法表现和创意来根据;经过评审团的精挑细选,从800幅作品中挑选140幅最特出的作品,并颁与荣誉奖。

4位非常富有经验的评审老师一致对是次学生们的表现非常赞赏,都认为学生们的水平非常高,同时对主办当局的主办宗旨非常赞同,也对他们的办事效率非常欣赏。

The 4th Malaysian Junior Arts Assessments, organized by Masean Arts & Dance Academy, Page One Academy & Art Specialist, had been successfully completed by 01/10/07.

The Objectives of Organizing the activities are:

1. In coordinate with the National Education Reformation Policy

2. to cultivate students’ personal characteristic and creativeness

3. to upgrade the Junior Arts Education standard and quality

4. to promote Junior Arts Education interest and activities.

5. ‘to affirm the Arts Creation standard within the children

About 800 students from the 6 centre participating in The Assessment, and the Organizer is very please to have invited a few very experienced Arts Educationist from local & oversea to form The Judge Panel. Among them are Dr. Kim of Malaysia, Dr.Hu of China, Ms. Leong of Hong Kong & Mr. Cheng of Taiwan.

The Judge Panel selected 140 children painting and awarded The Superior Prizes, the criteria of selecting the pictures are: title correctness, artistic merit (performance), drawing skills and creativity.

The Judge Panel is very impressive with the students’ performance, the standard of drawing, the objective and the efficiency of the organizers.

  1. 举办当局合作精神可嘉,作品水准超高
  2. 有些学生作品有超越本身年龄组的水平,学生创作能力有达国际水准
  3. 学生对选题多以生活为主,比较创作启发性主体较少人选
  4. 学生思维创作能力一般上都能自由表达

The organization of MJAR did a remarkable job ensuring this is a highly successful event. The art entries for all categories portray high standard.

Some students produced art works that highly exceeded the expectation of their age, so much so that they achieved international art standards)

Most students favoured topic related to daily real life over imaginative topics

The children’s masterpieces reveal their strong ability to express their thoughts and viewpoints in art form

评审感言:

I was delighted to have this chance to share my experience with the art educators from different countries. The standards of works of that are very high and I do found that many children can express their ideas in a very creative ways. The multi culture environment of Malaysia may be the spirit in creation.

非常荣幸有机会和各国的美术教育分享我的经验, 我觉察此次的学生作品水平非常高,学生们能够以很创意的方式来表达他们的主意和概念,也许多元文化的国家环境是他们创作的灵感来源。

  1. The organizer should consider inviting more Art lecturer or professors from the local universities to join the judging process
  2. It is better to divide the panel of judges into two groups, with at least three judges in each group
  3. The judging procedure is fair and perfect. However, the different stages of the elimination process can be reduced

其一,组织工作安排得有序,且效率很高。其二,从不同阶段学生之绘画作品中,反映出马来西亚中小学美术教育的美术情况,即注重培养学生以创作和想象力,又注重学生绘画技能技巧的培养。其三,通过这样的评鉴活动,必将会推动马来西亚中小学美术教育的不断发展。

As a judge of the 4th Malaysian Junior Arts Assessment, I feel that:

1. The organization of the event is very well prepared, and highly efficient

2. The art works produced by students of all levels clearly reflect the standard of art education in Malaysia, which emphasizes a balance training in creativity, imagination and art skill)

3. There is no doubt that professional assessment of this kind will continue to promote the development of art education in primary and secondary schools in Malaysia
